Thanks for using Reboot. For questions, feature ideas or bug reports, email the address below. It reaches the developer directly, and every message gets a reply.

What to write about

• Bugs, crashes or anything displaying incorrectly
• Feature requests, including habit types, languages or currencies you'd like added
• Questions about Premium and subscriptions
• Privacy and data questions, including deletion requests
• Press, listings and other business enquiries

Reporting a bug

Including these details helps track down the cause much faster:

• Your device (e.g. Pixel 8, iPhone 15) and OS version
• Your Reboot version — shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen
• What you did, and what happened instead
• A screenshot, if you can

Cancelling or requesting a refund

Cancellations and refunds are handled by the store, not inside the app. We never receive your payment details, so refunds can't be processed directly by us.

• Android: Google Play app → (your profile icon) → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy.
• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Request refunds through Apple Support.

Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you're never charged. If something goes wrong with the process, write to us and we'll help where we can.
