Terms of Service — Reboot

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reboot mobile application (“the app”), operated by little hands (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Reboot is a personal tracker that helps you quit unwanted habits by recording streaks, estimated savings, and milestones. All data you enter is stored locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy.

2. Age requirement

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Not medical advice

The app provides general wellness information and self-tracking tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you need help with addiction or withdrawal (for example from alcohol or nicotine), consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Premium, subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid “Premium” upgrade, offered as a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, graphics, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Figures shown (such as estimated savings) are calculations based on the values you enter and may not reflect actual amounts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.

8. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
