Nemumori (formerly “Wind Down”; the “App”) helps you fall asleep with sounds, stories and sleep tracking. This policy explains what data the App handles. In short: the App never transmits your personal data or audio anywhere. Everything it records stays on your device.
None. The App requires no account and never asks for your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personally identifying information.
When you start sleep tracking, the App uses the device microphone to measure night-time sound levels and detect noises and snoring:
Everything created in the App (sound mixes, favorite sets, your own recordings, sleep sessions, morning moods, settings) is stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us or to any server, and we cannot see it.
Payments for the App's paid features are processed by Google Play; the App never receives your payment details. To validate your purchase, a purchase token and an anonymous identifier may be processed by our purchase-management provider (RevenueCat, Inc.). This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally. See the RevenueCat privacy policy for details.
Apart from the purchase processing described above, we do not share, sell or disclose any data to third parties.
The App contains no ads and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
The App's sleep tracking is an estimate based on the device microphone and is not intended for medical use. The App does not read from or write to any health platform (such as Apple Health or Android Health Connect). If a future version adds health integrations, this policy will be updated before release.
The App includes baby-soothing sounds, but the App itself is intended to be operated by adults such as parents. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (we do not collect data at all).
Sleep sessions, snore clips, custom recordings and favorites can be deleted individually inside the App. Uninstalling the App removes all of its data from your device.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “last updated” date.
